The 4 th LAPCOD meeting will take place at Agelonde, in La Londe-les-Maures, Côte d'Azur on September 7-11, 2009 (Monday to Friday). Agelonde is a seminar structure offering "full board accommodation" which is located close to the charming village of La Londe-les-Maures in the road between Hyères and Saint Tropez. This conference center is surrounded by green vineyards and just 200 mt to the Mediterranean sea.

REGISTRATION PROCESS
The registration process includes two main steps:
- Pre-registration (new deadline: 28 July). Here you will be asked to provide general information about yourself, your organization, etc...
- Confirmation of the pre-registration (new deadline: 28 July). Here you will be asked to provide some additional information and to pay the participation fee and choose accommodation among two alternatives ( See our Hotel Information Page).

STEPS TO REGISTER FOR THE LAPCOD 2009
FIRST STEP : PRE-REGISTRATION ( Deadline: 28 July 2009 )
- Follow this link and chose your language http://dr20.azur-colloque.cnrs.fr .
- Click on “pre-registration” LAPCOD 09 .
- Fill the form.
- Click on “ OK”.
- You will receive a notification email.
SECOND STEP : CONFIRM PRE-REGISTRATION ( Deadline: 28 July 2009 ) AND PAYMENT
- You must confirm your registration for the meeting at http://dr20.azur-colloque.cnrs.fr/valider-inscription.php?colloque=117 .
- Fill the blanks, follow the steps: personal information, organization, payment.
- At the “invoice section”, go to “category” and choose an accommodation package if you want to stay at Agelonde.
- At the invoice details page, click on “OK”.
- Payment by credit card.
- You will receive a copy of your invoice by email.

At this step, it is necessary to reserve and pay for the room because once
