The 4 th LAPCOD meeting will take place at Agelonde, in La Londe-les-Maures, Côte d'Azur on September 7-11, 2009 (Monday to Friday).
HOW TO BOOK A ROOM
Hotel booking is made during the Meeting Registration Process at the 2nd step which is "Confirmation of a Pre-Registration". Here participants will be asked to choose between Agelonde's accommodation (1st Aternative) or other hotels (2nd Alternative).
1st ALTERNATIVE
The Agelonde
- To pay for the participation fee + choose and pay at the “invoice section” one of the full board packages which includes: accommodation at Agelonde + breakfast + lunch + dinner + 2 coffee breaks + social day in Porquerolles Islands.
Surrounded by green vineyards and 200 mt. to the Mediterranean Sea.

- To book and pay a hotel by yourself.
Since La Londe-les-Maures is a small town there is just a couple of hotels to stay.
These hotels are mainly located in the town center, 3 km from the meeting site.
